Turn off the device.
With a hair dryer or heat gun, heat the damaged lens for a few minutes at a low temperature (around 80 degrees). When the lens is heated, using a tweezers, we can proceed with the removal. Try not to damage the camera with the glass chips or the tips of the tweezers.
We clean the middle frame well from any biadhesive residue and, with isopropyl alcohol and a cotton swab, remove any dust accumulated in the camera.
We place the new frame with its lens (usually with double-sided adhesive) and reassemble the device.
Done! Our camera is now back as new!
