The touch screen of your Nokia Lumia 535 is damaged and you don’t know where to turn for repair?
All rigth! We will explain today the simple steps to “DIY” repair!
What you need:
- Nokia Lumia 535 touch screen
- Plastic opening tools
- Heat gun
- Torx T5 screwdriver
STEP 1 Turn off the phone and remove the back cover.
STEP 2 Now, remove the battery, the MicroSD card and SIM card (if any).
STEP 3 Use a torx screwdriver to remove all screws.
STEP 4 With a plastic tool, remove the middle frame.
STEP 5 Disconnect the touch screen flat.
STEP 6 With a heat gun (or hair dryer), heat the touch screen. The heat, makes the adhesive easier to remove. Now, insert a plastic tool and raise the glass. If it’s too hard to remove, heat again the area.
STEP 7 Clean up the display by residues of glue and apply the new biadhesive (only if your digitizer is not already provided with biadhesive).
STEP 8 Connect the new touch screen’s connector and reassemble the phone.
